ヒューズボックス欲しい人いますか？　Is there someone who wants these upgraded fuse boxes?

エアコンオンの場合がもっとも電流流れますので、エアコンオン状態でテスト終了しました。特に問題無さそうなので、欲しい方いらっしゃいますでしょうか？
Since the most current flows when the air conditioner is on, just in case, the test was completed with the air conditioner on. It doesn’t seem to be any problems, so is there someone who wants one?

そうそう、趣味で作っているレベルなので、ご理解のほどお願いいたします。（まぁ、かなり長時間テストしたので、燃えるとか熱とかで溶けることは無いと思いますが念のため。そもそも熱を持つのは酸化被膜などによる接触不良が原因ですし　💦）装着できないとかであれば、できるだけサポートします！
By the way, though I test it severely, I am making this as my hobby, so please understand this situation. (I use it, but of course it’s at my own risk.)

次の2種類があります。
There are two types as shown below.

１）ミニブレード型ヒューズボックス一式（金具付き完成物）Mini blade type fuse box set (assembled with fuse parts)

ミニブレードのボックスをばらして計測し、３D-CADで作成したものです。
It was created using 3D-CAD after taking apart the mini blade box and measuring it.

２）オリジナルタイプのヒューズベース（台のみ）Original type fuse base (base mount only)

２）はベースのみです。ご自分で今の金具を移植、新しいベースにねじ止めする方法となります。m3X14ｍｍほどのネジにスプリングワッシャなどを使い取り付ければOKと思います。
2) is the base mount only. You can transplant the current metal fittings yourself and screw them onto the new base. I think it is OK to attach it using a spring washer etc. to a screw of about m3 x 14 mm.

移植すると、こんな感じです。もともとのヒューズボックスはカシメタイプなので、こうするだけで、接触は良くなります。また、オリジナルには無いですが、裏側にリブを設けることで、強度を増しています。
After porting it, it will look like this. The original fuse box is a rivet type, so just doing this will improve the contact. Also, although the original does not have it, there are a rib on the back side to increase its strength.

どちらも材質はABS。３Dプリンタで作成しています。
Both materials are ABS. It is created using a 3D printer.

純正の透明蓋もそのままはまります。なので、見た目大きく変わらないかと。
The original transparent lid will fit as is. So I do think the appearance will not change so much even if you wear it.

ヒューズボックスが劣化する原因（考察）Causes of fuse box deterioration (Consideration)

たぶん、次のプロセスと思います。

• 古くなりヒューズ端子に酸化被膜がつく。
• 電気抵抗が上がり、熱を持つようになる。（特にアンペア数の高いヒューズ部分が特に）
• 熱のためヒューズマウントがゆがむ。溶ける。
• 端子をとめているリベット部分が緩む。
• あちこちで接触不良が発生する。また熱を持つ。

悪循環に陥る。

もともと芋虫型の場合は線接触なので抵抗を持ちやすいと思います。
しょっちゅうきれいに磨いていれば問題ないと思いますが、すでにマウントが溶け始めているとリベットは緩んできていると思います。
なので、今回は、各部に接点グリースを塗布し、さらに導電性接着剤を利用しています。

I suppose the process will probably be something like this:

• When the fuse boxes gets old, an oxide film forms on the fuse terminals.
• The electrical resistance increases and the temperature increases. (Especially the high current fuse part)
• The fuse mount will be deformed due to heat and melt.
• The rivets that secure the terminals will loosen.
• Poor electrical contact gets occurs here and there. It also has a heat.

Then, it becomes a vicious cycle.

In the case of the torpedo/bullet type fuse, it is likely that resistance will occur because it is a line contact.
I think it is OK as long as you clean it frequently, but if the mount is already starting to melt, it’s probably a loose rivet.
Therefore, this time, I applied electrical contact grease to each part and used conductive adhesive to prevent any contact failure.
